What This Course is About

This course will teach you what to eat so that you can achieve a lean and healthy physique and possible reduce or eliminate medications such as those for high cholesterol, high blood pressure and even Type 2 diabetes. You will want to work with your doctor during any dietary or medication changes. Sadly most doctors won't understand this diet but your best effort should be put forth to try and work with him/her during this transition.

This diet is advocated by all the plant-based doctors and experts such as Dr. McDougall, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr. Greger, T. Colin Campbell, Jeff Novick, RD.

You'll be eating a starch-based diet, meaning the bulk of your meal will come from starches which are potatoes, rice, beans, oats, pasta and so on. You'll also be eating some non-starchy vegetables (onions, garlic, carrots, spinach, etc) and a little fruit.

You'll be replacing various foods you have in your kitchen with different food choices. I explain that in the Kitchen Prep Module.

I'll be explaining all my best tips to ensure your success, from questions I have answered over the years.

There are also interviews with various experts in the field. As I mentioned I am not inventing any crazy diet here, this is advocated by all the top plant-based doctors.

I also explain how to make some tweaks if you desire to do so. These changes vary a little from the typical starch-based diet and should be handled with care and if overall success has been achieved with the main starch-based dietary approach.
